At St Mary’s Secret Garden we offer learning experiences for children, adults, teachers and adults with learning disabilities.

New for 2010 Growing Together
Developing your community volunteering skills
National Proficiency Test Council Accredited Qualification in gardening skills
This course is for adults with learning disabilities who want to develop or build on an interest in gardening and community volunteering.
Attendees work towards achieving a qualification accredited by the National Proficiency Test Council (a pre-NVQ qualification in horticulture). Previous garden users have developed confidence and self esteem alongside their literacy, numeracy, independent living and work skills.
